Hynix Semiconductor announced to what it claims to be the industry’s fastest 185MHz 512-megabit mobile DDR 185MHz clock speed, throughput of up to 1.5GB of data per second can be attained with a 32-bit I/O. The ECC feature allows the extension of the refresh interval to be used for reducing the power consumption.
